Our Service |
Cameras and other CCTV accessories are offered for one-year warranty. Any defective products under guarantee will be repaired without charges. The buyers and GKB will pay for one delivery either forth or back. If any mistake were caused by our mistake, GKB will be responsible for all delivery cost until problem is sort out.
When a camera broke after warranty year, we are still in the position to offer repair or technical support. The charge is only happened when a CCD or some other expensive components are damaged and replaced. |
